Jamie Price
Property Maintenance Expert, CAM, On-site Manager
Jamie Price has 25 years of experience in property management and commercial/residential real estate, he is committed to providing a seamless and positive living experience for all residents.

He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and began my career as a concierge at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead. There, Jamie developed a deep understanding of the importance of exceptional service, creative problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships. These principles guide his approach to managing properties and serving our community.

His priority is to ensure that the property remains well-maintained, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Jamie strives to communicate openly, address concerns proactively, and deliver efficient solutions whenever challenges arise. Whether it’s coordinating maintenance, managing operations, or simply being available to listen, his goal is to enhance the quality of life for all residents.

Pablo Rivas
President - Crooked Creek HOA BOD
Pablo and Lisa settled into Crooked Creek in 2013 after a long career full of relocations. In 2021, Pablo decided to retire from the aluminum industry after working for the two industry leaders, Alcoa and Novelis. He held many leadership positions with his most recent role as Country CFO of Novelis’ China operations. Pablo received his Master’s in Global Supply Chain Management from Kelly Business School at Indiana University, an undergrad in Accounting from Towson University, and held an active CPA
license for over 30 years. He also received a Six Sigma Black Belt certification after running many business data driven problem solving projects.
Pablo and Lisa love to spend their free time traveling around the world as well as domestically visiting their three children, Crystal, Michael, and Elise. They are blessed with six grandchildren, Ella, Grace, Landon, Clay, Connor, and Emmett. When not on the road, you will find Pablo honing his tennis or golf skills on our tennis courts or at the Iron Horse Golf Club.
Pablo has always been passionate about assisting in solving
problems, and views his new Crooked Creek as President is another great opportunity. Pablo and Lisa have no plans in leaving our great community and want to help drive unity, financial stability, and make Crooked Creek one of the best communities in
Milton.

Teresa, her husband Harry, with their 3 children have been residents of Crooked Creek since 2010. She has served as a volunteer in the community within the school system as well as the Children’s Committee and Swim Team. Most of her volunteer work in Crooked Creek has been spent with the Tennis Committee, serving in various positions including Chairperson.
A graduate from Longwood University in Virginia, she is currently with Premier Dermatology and MOHS Surgery of Atlanta as a medical assistant.
She looks forward to serving as Secretary of the HOA Board.
Beth Korn
Director - Member at Large
Beth and her husband, Don, moved into Crooked Creek in the Fall of 2009. Beth has been a resident of Georgia since 1983, living in Sandy Springs previously, where she served as the President and then Treasurer of her HOA there for several years.
She has a strong commitment to keeping Crooked Creek a thriving, active, community. To ensure this, and to give back to the community, she has been very active, serving on the HOA Board as Secretary from March, 2013, to August, 2022. She then joined the Tennis Committee in January, 2023 serving as Facilities Manager and then Chair of the Committee. She rejoined the HOA Board in May 2025 as a Member at Large. Additionally she has captained and played on many tennis teams and continues to
captain an ALTA team.
She is a retired IT Project Manager with many years of experience at Kimberly-Clark and then the Coca-Cola Company and is a graduate of Shorter University. ​​
John Hanning

John Hanning, his wife Olivia and 3 young kids Ocean (13), Kingston (11), Breckon (10) have called Crooked Creek home since 2017. The family is very active in the community and can often be found swimming for the Crooked Creek Crocodiles, fishing at the pond, playing pickleball and tennis. John also has an obsessive hobby in turf care management (mowing the lawn) so if you catch him in the front yard stop and say hello. He enjoys coaching baseball & basketball and spending time with his kids. Crooked Creek is a special place to raise a family which will keep the Hanning family in the community for years to come.
John has had a long successful career in the Federal and State Tax Credits and Incentives space working for Moss Adams, BDO, KPMG. John is currently the Managing Partner of Specialty Tax Group (STG) with operations nationally.
John received his Bachelor's in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated with his MBA from Ohio University. John is a Certified American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) member and currently serves as an Officer on the Board of Directors serving as Treasurer from 2017-2019 & 2023-2025, President from 2019-2021, and the immediate Past President from 2022-2023.

Murli and his wife, Aarti, have been residents of Crooked Creek for the past 6 years when they moved down from Long Island, NY in search of some better weather and a vibrant tennis community. They're both actively involved with tennis, enjoy yoga, travel often and try to embody an active, sustainable lifestyle. They have a 19-year old daughter, a 14-year old son and 2 dogs that can't decide if the lake or the tennis courts route is the walk of choice for them...

Murli is currently in a tech leadership role for a large hospital system based out of NY. He's always been involved in pro bono activities - Officer roles with Toastmasters clubs in NY and GA, coaching youth soccer teams and working with local community gardens. He's dabbled as a guest lecturer with a university in NY and is co-author of a technology publication.
​
As a member of the Crooked Creek board, he hopes his rational, progressive outlook and his technology background can help sustain the current board's momentum as CC ventures into large, impactful undertakings over the next few years.​​
